What the Job Is
Seasonal crew on a busy taco trailer, spring through fall.
You will learn real kitchen skills: prep from whole ingredients, working a grill, building orders fast without cutting corners, and taking care of guests at the window. We train hands-on and we keep the trailer a place people actually like working.
Weekends and event days are our busiest, so weekend availability helps a lot. No food truck experience required. Caring about the food and the people is the part we cannot teach.
